Gettin’ Crafty: Check out our new furniture!

We got crafty at Goodsmiths HQ and gave our furniture a facelift. Rachel chose the fabric, and a very special weekend warrior (Levi’s mom) was kind enough to sew the slip covers and beautiful curtains. We love how it turned out — we feel very cool indeed with this new atmosphere — and we’re proud to say we DIY-ed it.

We’re suckers for a good rug, and this was no exception! This one came from a Habitat for Humanity ReStore in town. We like it because the square patterns match our chairs, but the dark colors give the room a not-to-overwhelming feel. Plus, the price was pretty fantastic.

After looking at samples for a few weeks, Rachel chose the funky square patterns in orange and blue — with orange shades to match.

Our conference room got a yellow-and-gray treatment (plus some pretty flowers from Deb’s garden).
